Condition Based Lubrication & Monitoring

For ultrasonic condition based lubrication programs to be effective, use either the Ultraprobe 9000 or Ultraprobe 10,000 to trend your bearings.

Should some bearings exceed a pre-set warning level indicating lack of lubrication, a route for those bearings can be created. A lubrication technician can then use the UE Ultraprobe 201 Grease Caddy to listen while applying the grease. When the meter of the Grease Caddy drops a set number of dB’s the technician knows to stop adding lubricant and therefore prevents the possibility of over lubricating the bearing which can lead to a failure state.
